At Digi Store we want you to be delighted every
time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know
you may want to return items, so below is our returns
policy.
If you change your mind
about any items you have ordered from us, please notify
us within 7 days of receipt
and return the goods for a full refund or exchange.
(Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving a
return). No refund can be given if the bracelet has
been worn prior to return. We only accept the return
of items if they are returned in their original condition
including all original packaging. If you return goods,
as detailed, within 14 days, we will issue a full refund
for the price you paid for the item less a 20% handling
charge. Normally you will not receive a refund and
postage and packing charges.
Defective items
You can always return items for a replacement if they are defective.
The Products are guaranteed against any manufacturing
defects for a period of six months.
To return an item:
Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return,
and send the package to the address below. If you are
returning an item from overseas, please ensure that
you clearly state on any customs paperwork that the
item is a “RETURN”. This is so that customs
know there is no duty to be charged. In the event that
Digi Store have to pay import charges for returns,
this amount will also be deducted from any refund along with the 20% handling charge.
